Cisco Kid was a friend of mine & that’s how I got the recipe for this Mexican Quesadilla.

It’s loaded with Mexican beef, cheese, Pico de Gallo,  & served with a side of jalapeños & salsa. Goes great with a  Jose Quervo  Margarita( Cisco & Jose were friends!) $8.99  Guacamole  or sour cream $1.59         Sub  seasoned Mexican chicken $1.00 more
